How to Apply 

Step 1: Pre-training review and application 
you need to complete the pre-training review document and SIT student application form. You also need to submit your photo ID, Visa copy (if available) and academic documents. Our team will get back to you if the documents are not completed properly. 

Step 2: Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test
All prospective students must complete the LLN test. 

Step 3: Issue letter of offer
Once the applicant is accepted, the Letter Of Offer will be issued.

Step 4: Acceptance of Offer and Payment
Sign and accept the Letter of Offer (LOO) which is the final stage for the applicant to understand and agree to all terms and conditions of the LOO. Then make payment as outlined in the LOO and arrange the initial payment required to confirm enrollment.

Step 5: Confirmation of Enrolment (COE)
You will receive COE and information related to the orientation.

  • Apply for Student Visa – Apply for Student Visa with the COE. For more information please visit https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au.
  • Book Flights and Arrange Accommodation – Book your flights to Melbourne and arrange accommodation for the duration of your study. If airport pickup is required, confirm arrangements with the Institute.
  • Departure & Arrival – Ensure you have packed all necessary belongings. Ensure your airport pickup and accommodation arrangements are finalised. Bring copies of your enrolment, and accommodation arrangement

Step 6: Orientation
All the students must attain the orientation session prior to commencing the course. 

Step 7: Course commencement
Students to commence the training relevant to the selected course.

Please provide the physical address (street number and name not post office box) where you usually reside rather than any temporary address at which you reside for training, work or other purposes before returning to your home. If you are from a rural area, use the address from your state or territory’s ‘rural property addressing’ or ‘numbering’ system as your residential street address. Building/property name is the official place name or common usage name for an address site, including the name of a building, Aboriginal community, homestead, building complex, agricultural property, park or unbounded address site.

You must also provide some additional information as noted at the end of this form so that we can apply for a USI on your behalf.

In accordance with section 11 of the Student Identifiers Act 2014, Stanford Institute will securely destroy personal information which we collect from individuals solely for the purpose of applying for a USI on their behalf as soon as practicable after we have made the application or the information is no longer needed for that purpose.
