ABOUT THIS QUALIFICATION
Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
or
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
Quality Assurance : As a registered training organisation (RTO), the Institute operates within the Vocational Education and Training Quality Framework (VETQF) and the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) delivering nationally recognised qualifications and Units of Competency.

OR
- Evidence that they have studied in English for at least five years in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland, South Africa, the United Kingdom or the United States
OR
- Evidence that, within two years of their application date, they have completed in Australia a foundation course or a senior secondary certificate of education or completed substantial components (50% or more units according to the training package) of a Certificate IV qualification or higher level qualification, from the Australian Qualifications Framework on a student visa.
OR
- Applicants originating from student visa assessment levels 1 and 2 countries without the required IELTS or equivalent score must undertake the Language, Literacy, Numeracy (LLN) and Digital (D) literacy test. International Students (onshore and offshore)
All international students are required to complete a Pre-Training Review, including an LLND assessment, to identify individual training needs. This process evaluates the learner’s previous education or training, relevant work experience, and the suitability and relevance of the course to their learning goals. This assessment may be conducted via video call or phone call for both onshore and offshore students.
Students are required to invest approximately 4 hours a week of self-directed learning to complete self-study and assessments during the training weeks, and this does not include term breaks.
